The water box that came with the 35L was cracked. It was replaced and delivered within 5 days. The temp and humidity are both off by 2°-3°. I have tried 2 different hygrometer. If you can deal with the unit being 2°-3° off then it's a good buy for the money. I don't mind and just go off the hygrometer I placed inside the unit. Otherwise, I'm enjoying it so far. ~Tim from Kentucky
