To ensure purchase satisfaction, we offer an effortless 30-day return, exchange, and refund policy.
What Items You Can Return
- Unsatisfying item received
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your unused items in the original package for a full refund (except the shipping fee). Please be advised customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Defective item received
If you received a defective item, you can send it back in the original package without any wear and tear for a free replacement or a full refund. However, you will need to provide photos and videos showing the defect(s).
Requirements for FREE return
- Your product is under its limited warranty period.
- Your product has some manufacturing defect(s).
Requirements for return where the customer is responsible for shipping costs
- Your product is under its limited warranty period.
- Your product is unused or in the same condition as when you received it.
- Your product is in its original packaging.
Some exceptions not qualified for return
- Outlet items, final sale items and free gifts items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Customized products cannot be returned.
- Products are sold by unauthorized third parties, not by GLENCREAG official channels.
Return process
To begin a return, start by contacting customer service at support@glencreag.com.
To help us better process the return, in the email please include why you want to return the item, photos or video if possible, and the order ID, name, address, and phone number. Once our team has your information, we will review the request and approve a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). When the RMA is approved, you will receive an RMA number. Please make sure the RMA number is on the package.
How long will a refund take?
We work as rapidly as possible to issue refunds, however, due to the multiple steps included in a return, this process typically takes 2 to 3 weeks.
Once you ship the item back to us, it may take 1 to 2 weeks for it to arrive at our warehouse. When we receive the item, we will inspect and process the product within 72 hours. After processing, the refund will automatically be applied to the original payment method. This credit will show up on your account within 2 to 10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your payment company.
