Nice humidor. I would have given a 5 if it had come with at least 1 humidity control pack. Or at least a discount on the purchase of one to season the box.

2. The humidor temp gauge does not exceed 70 degrees, which makes it impossible to know the true humidity. As terrific as the customer support is, this is a fatal flaw

I was looking for a humidor as a gift. This unit is a nice-looking, durable plastic cigar box, with a high-gloss exterior and wood inside.It specifically says it is for controlling the temperature of the contents, but I was surprised that it didn't include a hygrometer to show the humidity. It also requires additional parts (Boveda packs) that are not included.I like the overall look of the box and its simple operation. The inside Spanish cedar smells amazing.
