Warranty Period

The limited warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase by the consumer.

This policy is in place to guarantee our customers’ defect-free products. After review and acceptance of a warranty service, GLENCREAG will repair the item, replace it, or refund the customer. Valid on products used in the United States or Canada, if a product leaves these countries, the warranty is no longer applicable. Please note that GLENCREAG Limited Warranty extends to the original purchaser only.

What's Covered

The GLENCREAG Limited Warranty covers manufacturer defects.

At GLENCREAG, we take great care to manufacture products with excellence and attention to detail. Unfortunately, we can not foresee everything, for that reason this warranty covers issues that result outside of typical use.

What’s NOT Covered

  • Damage resulting from accident, alteration, misuse, abuse, neglect, unreasonable use, use contrary to the instruction manuals, normal wear and tear, commercial use, improper assembly, disassembly, failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance, fire, flood, acts of God.
  • Repairs where your product is used for other than normal, personal use or when it is used in a manner that is contrary to published user instructions.
  • Products purchased from other unauthorized third parties, rather than GLENCREAG official channels.

When contacting us, please provide product model number, order number, purchase information, a short description of the issue and issue photos / videos. Our customer service team will contact you within 48 hours (weekdays).
