My Humidor arrived quickly from the time I placed the order. Unfortunately it was delivered upside down which dented the top left venting port. The dent to the exterior is in the back so it's not effecting the door or temperature and humidity. Other than that she is very beautiful in her design.

Living in a hot, dry climate, I always had difficulty maintaining the correct temperature and humidity. I found the flip-top access 3-tiered humidors were impossible to keep at the right levels because it required multiple attempts per week to make sure the Black Ice were still full and doing it's thing.

I bought this humidor, and it was well worth the money! Skeptical at first due to typos in a few places and the check out screen was in a completely different language. But customer support was pretty responsive, and the humidor is excellent!

Tl/dr: This is a great electrically controlled humidity & temperature humidor I think it is worth the cost and hghly recomend it! Shipping was fast in the US too. In-depth: Even the calibration on my unit is accurate +/- 1 degree and exact for humidity, as checked with a calibrated Govee sensor using a Boveda calibration pouch. Just be aware that ALL manufacturers must use tiny cigars for their capacity count. If you cut the stated capacity in half, it will be closer to real-world use. Without buying an additional shelf, using the bottom in front of the water drawer, or stacking the tray too full, mine is pretty full with 90 cigars. It has one LED light strip in the door as well as the blue light 0n the top of the inside. Some other brands have two led strips. The technology of units is sensitive to heat on the sides and need air flow so give it lots of air room on the sides and back and don't put it next to something that generates heat, like a heater or refrigerator. The display is very bright in a dark room, I purchased tinting stickers that reduced the brightness. The door is not reversible. Again, great for the cost!

Have used this humidor for several weeks and it keeps my cigars at a reasonably consistent temperature and humidity level.
While the is a variance of about 3 % in the humidity between the bottom and the top of the unit, this is to be expected in a unit that has 4 shelves(24inches more or less). Replacing distilled water is a breeze and the unit looks real nice.

I had an issue with my electric humidor so I sent an email to customer service expecting a reply in a few days.
Within a couple of hours,Shirley had written back with instructions as what to do next. What followed were several emails back and forth over the next few days.
It wasn’t only the content of the email exchange that impressed me, but the tone of the emails showed very clearly that Shirley is an outstanding person who takes pride in what she does and even more importantly, she cares about the people who reach out to her.
In this day and age, that’s a rare combination and judging from the other reviews I have read about Shirley, others are really impressed with how she conducts herself.
