This is a great humidor, the first one I received, the hinge was slightly loose, I emailed their support team and Shirley was extremely helpful! After a quick video showing the issue another one was sent to me within 2 days. The replacement works great, keeps humidity well and an overall wonderful decoration in my room.

You can get these at a much higher price, and they would be about the same. They are beautiful, and quality materials are used in making them. Once I made sure the humidity level in my basement, where this is, was good, it worked great. That is an integral part of loving cigars.

This is a nice and spacious humidor that comes with some great features. It has a large window to see inside, and a removable tray that adds to the storage space and utility. Good product
