I recently purchased the MET-1031 150 count humidor. When it arrived, the center drawer was damaged, the plexiglass was broken, and the hydrometer was missing. I immediately contacted Glencreag through email. The response was quick and they immediately sent me a replacement which arrived faster than the humidor did.
I always revisit companies who care about their customers and Glencreag is now on my list.
